Terms and Conditions

Effective 30 July 2026

Who you are contracting with

  • Paige Flett Fitness provides online and in-person women's strength, nutrition and lifestyle coaching in New Zealand.
  • By submitting a coaching application, accepting a payment request or using a service, you agree to these terms.

Applications and acceptance

  • Submitting an application does not create a coaching agreement. Paige reviews each application and confirms the service, scope, duration and price before any payment is requested.
  • Paige may decline an application where coaching would not be appropriate or safe.

Prices and payment

  • All prices are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Paige Flett Fitness is not currently GST registered, so prices do not include GST.
  • Payments are one-off payments taken through Stripe from a coach-approved payment request. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and are never received or stored by Paige Flett Fitness.
  • Coaching begins once payment is confirmed, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Delivery of services

  • Personalised plans and reviews are prepared individually and delivered within the timeframe agreed with you.
  • Coaching materials are for your personal use only and may not be resold, shared or republished.

Your responsibilities

  • You agree to give accurate health, injury and lifestyle information, and to update Paige if anything changes.
  • You are responsible for training safely, following medical advice, and stopping if you feel unwell.

Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds

  • Cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are governed by the Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Privacy

  • Personal and health information you provide is handled in line with the Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 2020. Health and questionnaire information is never sent to Stripe or included in payment records.

Consumer law

  • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986.
  • New Zealand law applies to these terms.

This policy is a practical business draft and should be reviewed by a qualified New Zealand lawyer before Paige Flett Fitness relies on it as final legal advice.
