Privacy Policy

What is collected
- Contact details you provide (name, email, phone, location).
- Coaching application and questionnaire answers, including health, injury, lifestyle and goal information you choose to share.
- Payment records: the confirmed service, amount, payment reference, payment status and Stripe identifiers.
How it is used
- To assess your application, design your personalised coaching, and communicate with you.
- To issue and confirm payment requests and keep accurate business records.
- Your information is never sold, rented or used for third-party advertising.
Health information and payments
- Health, questionnaire, injury, medical and blood-work information is never sent to Stripe, never placed in payment links or URLs, and never included in general marketing or analytics.
- Stripe receives only the amount, currency, your email for the receipt, and non-sensitive identifiers such as the payment reference and product code.
- Full card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe. Paige Flett Fitness never receives or stores card data.
Storage, access and security
- Information is stored in a secure, access-controlled database. Only Paige can access coaching applications and payment records.
- Email notifications are sent through Resend, and payments are processed by Stripe; both act as service providers to Paige Flett Fitness.
- Information is kept only as long as needed for coaching and legal record-keeping by Paige Flett Fitness.
Your rights
- Under the Privacy Act 2020 you may ask to see the personal information held about you and request corrections.
- Requests can be sent to coach@paigeflettfitness.com and will be answered within a reasonable time.
- You may ask for your information to be deleted where it is no longer needed for legal or accounting purposes.
